Custom-cast aluminium basket with perimeter venting keeps the motor cool and responsive
2.5" HD BASV voice coils wound for serious thermal handling
Heavy-duty pulp cone paired with a high-roll foam surround for maximum output and linear control
USA-made adhesives withstand ridiculous heat — because failure isn’t an option
You get clean lows, brutal punch, and all the character you’d expect from a sub that wears the PowerBass name.
The upgraded spring-loaded nickel push terminals, FEA-optimized double-stacked magnets, and tough inverted PBX dust cap round out a build that's made for those who don’t mess around with weak gear.
Available in dual 1Ω or dual 2Ω configurations, the 3XL 8″ is the perfect choice for serious installs with tight spaces but no compromises.
